CDealAnalyzer offers free accounts and paid plans. Some paid features are still being rolled out. If you have a question about your account, a purchase, or anything below, contact support@cdealanalyzer.com.

Welcome to CDealAnalyzer ("the Platform"), a real estate deal analysis tool operated by Pierre Louis Ent LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform at cdealanalyzer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Service Description

CDealAnalyzer is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides real estate deal analysis tools, including calculators for Fix & Flip, BRRRR, Rentals, Multifamily, Wholesale, Sober Home, and Co-Living investment strategies, along with educational content.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Platform is an educational and analytical tool only. Nothing on CDealAnalyzer constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The analysis results generated by the Platform are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be the sole basis for any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any real estate investment.

3. Account and License

Access to CDealAnalyzer requires a free account, which you create using a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. A free account gives you access to the Rental analyzer through its Stage 4 results. Additional features are available on paid plans. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable. You agree not to share your account access or sign-in links, or resell or sublicense access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Plans and Pricing

CDealAnalyzer offers a free account and paid plans. Current plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. As of the Last Updated date above, paid options include a one-time Starter Pack and monthly or annual Core and Pro Intelligence subscriptions. There is no lifetime plan. Prices are subject to change; the pricing page always reflects current pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscription plans (monthly and annual) renew automatically until you cancel; one-time purchases are billed once. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method and are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Paid features are enabled on your account after a successful purchase. If you experience a delay in access, contact support@cdealanalyzer.com.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us at support@cdealanalyzer.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed refund information.

All content, design, code, calculators, educational materials, and branding on CDealAnalyzer are the intellectual property of Pierre Louis Ent LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any analysis results will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pierre Louis Ent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
