CDealAnalyzer offers free accounts and paid plans. Some paid features are still being rolled out. If you have a question about your account, a purchase, or anything below, contact support@cdealanalyzer.com.

At CDealAnalyzer, operated by Pierre Louis Ent LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund policy for each of our subscription plans.

Refund Terms by Plan

Current plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Refund terms by plan type are below.

Starter Pack — one-time purchase

7-day refund window from the date of purchase, available only if the included analysis and property-data credits have not been substantially used. If you qualify within the first 7 days, contact us for a refund.

Core & Pro Intelligence — Monthly

7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, you may cancel at any time but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Core & Pro Intelligence — Annual

14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. You will retain access until the end of your annual billing cycle.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@cdealanalyzer.com with the following information:

Your full name
The email address used for purchase
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. To cancel, contact us at support@cdealanalyzer.com.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

Abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests)
Violation of our Terms of Service
Requests made outside the applicable refund window
